For One Time Payment plans, a full refund will be issued if GLOBALSERVINFO has not been able to resolve the original reported issue for you; within 30 days of the date of purchase OR we have taken more than 30 days to resolve the primary issue.

If there are one or more resolved cases, the full fee for the subscription service will not be refundable. Refund amount may vary depending upon the number of issues resolved successfully. The minimum charge for one resolved case will be $ 49.95.

Termination and Cancellation of Subscription Based Plans purchased by customer; are subject to termination/cancellation by GLOBALSERVINFO, at anytime without prior notice. In the event of such termination or cancellation, a refund (pro-rata basis) for the time remaining on such service plans will be refunded to the customer within 30 days of such modification, termination or cancellation. GLOBALSERVINFO reserves the right to modify or enhance the procedures and/or features of the service plans to improve the Quality of Service, without Notifying the customer.
